I have a blue pet monkey, who I suspect is anorexic, as a pet. I call him Boots because he stole my favorite pair of rain boots. They were Chanel. I have a talking map and backpack, who freak me out, but my mommy says that I have to go along with it for the money.

My cousin Diego claims he can talk to animals. I just go along with it, but it kind of creeps me out. Everyone knows that I'm the only special child in my family who can talk to animals. Who does he think he's kidding?
