Well, let's see. I'm 25 years old, have a bachelor's degree in English, and still somehow I don't really have a definite career goal. Pretty sad, right? Oh well.

The only thing I do know for certain is that I love to write. Although being a novelist alone is somewhat unrealistic in today's world, whatever I end up doing I'll still want to write on the side. My great love is fantasy, especially adventure fantasy, so any novel I write will assuredly be of that genre.

I haven't given up on fanfic writing entirely, but finding time to do it has gotten increasingly more difficult. But, we'll see what happens. It's unlikely my Digimon story will ever be finished, but I always have far more ideas floating around in my head than I know what to do with, so maybe at some point I'll actually write one down.

Hobbies include, well, video games, anime, and manga. Reading and writing too, of course. Japanese language and culture interest me, as does astronomy (not astrology, thank you), psychology, archaeology, politics, sociology, art, music...okay, just about anything, really. (Anyone beginning to see why I can't focus on a single career plan yet...?) I also love animals and nature; especially cats (wild or domestic, either way). And I collect stuffed animals. Come on, stop laughing. I'm a sucker for cute things, okay?

Latest News: (10/4/07)

I have yet another fanfic idea that's been pestering me. Gah. Well, good news is I have almost the entire plot line worked out well enough that I should be able to start it as soon as I have enough time. This is it:

(Untitled) - A crossover between Danny Phantom and Pan's Labyrinth. I don't want to reveal very much about it right now, but I promise it's an interesting combination. Hopefully it'll be just spooky enough to qualify as a good Halloween fic.

Cross Currents - This will be a (probably lengthy) multi-chapter crossover between Suikoden II and Legend of Zelda. Bizarre and unlikely combination, you say? But is it really? You'll just have to wait and see. I've already written the first chapter of this, but I'm waiting to put it up until I have a little bit more. I actually have a very in-depth storyline worked out, but there are still some rather significant pieces missing that I need to figure out before I can go very far.

Can you tell I like crossovers? Hehe.

There's also an idea for a Weiss Kreuz fic floating around up there, but I'm putting that on hold for now. I'm on more of a Suikoden/Zelda/Kingdom Hearts kick right now anyway. And Danny Phantom, just for good measure.
