Author has written 8 stories for Harry Potter. UPDATE 8/15/08: Hey there! Just letting everyone know that I'm currently up for some awards at the Quibbler Awards HP fanfic awards site. The awards are in their first round and still in the nomination phase, and so far I'm up for: BEST ONE-SHOT: "Charon's Gift" AND "Ennead" BEST ANGST: "Charon's Gift" Nominations end on the 19th, and voting begins 8/26/08 and ends on 9/9/08. I'm a sister, a daughter, a writer, and a student, just to name a few, and though I have an awful habit of disappearing from the fanfic world for months on end, I LOVE writing and reading Harry Potter fanfiction. For those of you who might be wondering, Philyra is the Greek goddess of writing. And of paper, but I don't hold that against her. Most gods had at least one or two lame things they had to be in charge of. Little facts about me, for those who care: ~ I am allergic to Target. Not kidding at all. I think it's their cleaning products. ~ I think pigeons are the coolest thing EVER. I believe it stems from never seeing any in the podunk town where I grew up, but nothing you say will ever dissuade me from believing that they are the epitome of awesome. ~ I am the most anti-sorority sorority girl you will ever meet. ~ I am a music snob. If you can't sing it right, don't sing it at all. ~ I hate beer, and love my girlie drinks. I don't care about your dollar drafts, my friend, give me a Long Island any day.
