Here's The Deal:

My computer crashed a while back. I lost the final chapter to my story: Within Temptation.

I had written close to 20 pages and was still tweaking it to perfection.

Foolish as I am, I did not save it elsewhere.

I lost it, permanently.

I also lost the desire to finish the story, knowing I may never actually write the final chapter as well as I had the first time around.

There was perfect tension, conflict, compassion and imagery.

And despite the dreadful undertones, the ending was to be a happy one.

So!

In light of my need to finish what I have started...

I believe I shall re-write the story in a more compact, more intelligent, and more structured fashion.

I'm hoping the end result is that this juvenile writing piece becomes something "more".

Hey guys! Added the prologue of the new re-write of Within Temptation FINALLY! Hahaha :D There'll be more where that came from and a much better written story! I hope you all like it; and I really hope the ending will come out the same! Please read and review and enjoy. There will be tweaks from the original but I think overall the story will improve and hopefully you'll all love it just as much!

Top things to know about me:

1- I'm 18 years old as of November '08.

2- I go to University to eventually get into Law School; though I'm taking a minor in French Translation (I'm not letting my French Immersion go to waste :) )

3- I have a wonderful boyfriend who saved me from making the worst mistake of my life and who I'm very much in love with. It'll be our one year in February '09.

4- I love very dark and macabre things; and really enjoy lots of angst and hate-turned-love romance relationships. This also falls under the fact that I'm very interested in Vampires and have from the first time I had seen Bram Stoker's Dracula, The Lost Boys, and Interview with the Vampire when I was very young. I do enjoy the occasional horror flick, but mostly out of amusement at how scared my friends and I can get while watching them as opposed to actually liking the genre for what it is.

5-I've been living on campus during my first year; but often visit my other two homes (my boyfriend's and my parent's) which are 45 minutes away. Because of this, my schedule is very hectic and I get a lot of work and reading to do; which might or might not affect my uploading speed here on FanFic.

6- I love the night and tend to stay up unreasonably late to enjoy it.

7- My usual names on the internet are AdventRain and Siixx.

8- I only use facebook.com because my friends use it and we all decided to go to different universities; otherwise it slightly annoys me. I enjoy MySpace for the customization. I'm addicted to LiveJournal and of course, FanFic.

9-I've never known who I really am, and am struggling to find myself. It would be nice to know what made me who I am outside of my common interests.

10-I have many obsessions at one time, to the point where they might be unhealthy. I love the insane, and find comfort in it.

Some Top Stories On FanFic You Should Check Out:

1- One of my all-time favorite stories is called Spin by wolfielover. It's a Card Captor Sakura fanfic dedicated to Sakura and Syaoran that's both beautifully written and depicts their relationship fantastically. The whole idea of 'Spin' is something I've begun to use in my life. I've never found anything more witty.

2-Another amazing fic, is Never Mind Me by watercircle. It's more than obvious this author is destined for great things. It is another Card Captor Sakura fic, with the Sakura and Syaoran pairing, but with a more than epic twist. She really knows her stuff and uses her well learned creative writing skills to an awesome level!

3-The next, is a OneShot called I dreamt by psychedelic aya. It's a Naruto fanfic that describes beautifully the interesting relationship of Sasuke and Sakura on a rainy day. (I absolutely love fics that begin and end with the same words/concept/premise; they really make me feel as though the author thought out their story quite well and put a lot of effort into it.) Definitely check this one out.
