Chapter 1

Bella Point of View

My name is Isabella Marie Swan, the daughter of Lord Charles Swan and Lady Renee Swan, but you can just call me Bella. I have the world’s best teddy bear, my older brother, named Emmett. Emmett and I have the greatest friends that we have known ever since we were born because we are all arranged to marry each other. There’s Rosalie and Jasper Hale and Alice and Edward Masen. Emmett and Rosalie, Jasper and Alice, and Edward and I are to wed all in one month. As of right now we are all sitting in the Masen’s garden when Emmett decides to speak.

“Hey lets play hide-and-seek like the old days.” he said

“Why? We haven’t played it in 10 years and we are all going to be married soon” said Jasper

“That’s why! Come on after we are married we won’t be able to play together as much anymore.” replied Emmett

“Fine, but you’re the seeker Emmett!” everyone yelled, while running in all different directions, leaving a stunned Emmett behind counting to one hundred.

“1-2-3-…” he began

I ran behind a tree, near the forest, while Alice, behind me, climbed up the tree.

“Ready or not because here I come!” shouted Emmett

While we wait to be found, Alice and I played I Spy but then we started to hear leaves rustling even though Emmett was nowhere near us. Suddenly, Michael Newton emerges out of the forest with and evil glint in his, unusually, red eyes. He then starts walking towards me not even noticing Alice.

“Why hello my dear sweet Bella.” he purred

“That’s Miss Swan to you Newton.” I retort

“That is quite rude to say to your future mate”

“What are you talking about I am marrying Edward not you!” I screamed

“Not if I do this.” he said before he charges towards me and hits my head but before I lost conscientious I heard Alice whisper “Don’t worry Bella I’ll find you again.” while weeping.

Emmett’s Point of View

Let’s see I have already found Jasper, Rosalie, and Edward. Now we are all trying to find Alice and Bella.

“Alice and Bella where are you?” we all called

Then suddenly, Alice, whose face is tear-streak, came rushing toward us. Jasper runs toward her and asks what’s wrong, after she had clam down enough to speak clearly.

“Bella was abducted by that Newton guy.” she said, while starting to cry again, leaving us all shocked

After a bit, I look at the others expressions. They were all furious at that shame excuse for life, Newton, and sadden, by Bella’s disappearance. Then we all said “We need to find her.”
