It's funny how a common enemy as evil as Naraku can link those such as us together. Looking back in my youth I never would have thought I'd meet people such as this group we have come to form.

Miroku, you lecherous monk with the kazanna in your hand. You seek to destroy Naraku to take the wretched curse away. Despite your obvious character flaws, you are brave and a good friend to have. Standing next to you is Kagome who came from a different world and who's kindness and good heart help us all. She is the heart of our group, she has faith when others do not.

On the other side of Kagome stands Inuyasha. His strength is outstanding and despite what he may show on the outside, he is kind and loyal. I never would have thought I could come to rely on him as much as I do, but I guess we all do. He is the backbone of our group.

Out in the distance are others who are linked to us through Naraku. Their is Sesshomaru, Inuyasha's older half-brother who is so much more than meets the eye and Kouga the proud wolf demon.

We stand here looking into the horizon, knowing our enemy is out there somewhere. Our link will keep us together until he is destroyed and then we will have to form new links with each other. I look forward to that day.
