Hello everyone! This is my first Final fantasy fic so I need inspiration.

You’re welcome to flame me anytime but not too hard okay?

Guys don’t blame me if it has too many mistakes I’ve got school and I barley have time to update. But if I get enough reviews I promise I’ll continue it as soon as possible!

Okay enough chit-chat on with the story…

Chapter 1-My rose

“Rinoa! Rinoa! Rinoa wake up!” A voice shouted as Rinoa slowly opened her eyes “Uh? Selphie is thet you?” Rinoa said in a sluggish tone of voice “Teehee, come on Rinoa everyone’s waiting for us!” Selphie smiled “Everyone? What do you mean everyone?” Rinoa asked and started to get up, “Rinoa? Did you forget we just defeated Adel?” Selphie asked “Is today the seeD dance! Oh no I forgot!” Rinoa shouted and quickly got off her bed and changed.

Selphie simply giggled as her friend fixed everything as quick as she can. “Ready to go?” Selphie asked “Ready!” Rinoa said and the two left for the square.

“So who are you going with?” Rinoa asked as Selphie simply shrugged “Irvine asked me but I don’t feel like dancing” Selphie said and put her arms behind her head “And you?” “Nothing much still the usual” Rinoa said as he gave out a slight blush “Squall again?” Selphie said and gave out a deep sigh. Rinoa kept blushing and there was silence.

“Any expectations for today’s dance?” Selphie said and broke the silence “Well, Zell could be eating a lot of food again like he always does…and Seifer and Squall might have another show off…well not much of expectations just the usual” Rinoa said “Yeah you’re probably right…” Selphie said as they reached the square.

There they saw Zell and Seifer arguing again. “Well said Rinoa…” Selphie said as the two giggled. “Guys! Guys! Look its Selphie and Rinoa!” Zell shouted “Shut-up chicken-wuss and give back that video tape!” Seifer shouted and pulled Zell’s shirt up.

Meanwhile Squall was at the balcony looking at the moon shine. Rinoa slowly entered the room and covered Squall’s eyes “R-Rinoa?” Squall said as there was no respond but a slight giggle, “Rinoa get your hands off me!” Squall demanded as he took off Rinoa’s hands.

“Rinoa? How was your sleep?” Squall asked Rinoa came closer to Squall’s shoulder and hugged it tight, “So you knew?” Rinoa asked as she too looked at the stars, “Yeah, Selphie told me you were tired from battle and that girls need rest…” Squall said.

Once again the unforgettable silence. “Oh! I almost forgot! I told Zell to get this from you” Rinoa said and handed a ring with a lion shape on it. “Keep it, it’s yours for now…” Squall said and looked at the sky.

Rinoa kept still, she did not expect Squall to give her his most treasured possession. Squall put his arm on Rinoa’s opposite shoulder and sighed, “What happened back there?” Squall asked and turned to Rinoa; she turned to him as well and smiled “Oh nothing, the usual Seifer threatening Zell and all those other obvious actions” Rinoa replied “I see…” Squall said.

“So you wanna go inside?” Squall asked “I thought you’d never ask!” Rinoa said in a surprised tone.

The two wet inside and saw everyone dancing except Zell who was eating, Seifer who was just annoyed but the performance and Quistis who was reading a book. “The same people right?” Squall asked as Rinoa giggled.

With that Squall bowed down and took Rinoa’s hand as the two danced. “Rinoa! Rinoa! Isn’t this fun?” Selphie said as Irvine and Selphie came closer to Squall and Rinoa “I thought you said you weren’t gonna dance?” Rinoa asked “Well he was sweet and so I couldn’t back out…” Selphie replied.

“Selphie isn’t Zell gonna stop eating? He’s gonna finish all the hot dogs…” Irvine said “Well, he can’t back down now he’s already finished half of it…” Selphie giggled and the couples danced and enjoyed for they were celebrating the death of a sorceress called Adel.

The night grew fast and they all went to sleep well… that is except Squall…

Squall’s POV:

Rinoa…

The only girl that has inspired me to simple be just me…

She’s so kind and sweet…

Innocent and all too perfect…

She’s the most beautiful rose …

Why is her name stuck in my head?

Why is she the only one I’m thinking about?

Could this really be love?

Can’t anyone simply answer my questions?

sigh

I must find out my anwers and I need to get them soon
